The total cost of your case may vary depending on several factors, including how many meetings and court appearances are required, whether experts are involved in the case, how complex the evidence is, and where the court is located. It's important to note that cases proceeding to the Crown Court would not be covered by the fixed fee and would incur additional costs.
For more complex cases, or where an hourly rate is more appropriate, we also offer clearly structured fees.
