Chrissy is an extremely passionate defence lawyer known for her meticulous and dedicated approach to each and every one of her cases, ensuring the best possible outcome for her clients on every occasion.

Motoring Offences
Chrissy has in recent years developed a regular private practice in criminal motor defence, advising and representing drivers following their involvement in serious injury and fatal road traffic collisions. She is often instructed by Insurers in order to represent their insured drivers facing criminal proceedings.

Chrissy acts for individual drivers facing police investigation or criminal proceedings, as well as managing our Commercial client accounts, representing the interests of both the company and their drivers.
For clients who have the benefit of being either an LMP FLEET client, or those subscribed to CrashLaw24, Chrissy often provides advice to drivers at the roadside following a serious or fatal road traffic collision. Chrissy is sensitive to how upsetting and shocking it is for a client to find themselves in such circumstances and steps in to assist, to ensure they do not unknowingly incriminate themselves at the outset.
General Crime
Having previously supervised the police station team in one of the largest criminal legal aid firms in the country, as well as running her own Crown Court caseload, Chrissy has experience defending clients in all manner of offences from shoplifting to sexual offences, drugs supply and murder.
Chrissy successfully represents clients at the police station and pre-charge, knowing that what happens in those first stages of a police investigation can have a significant impact on the future direction of the case. Chrissy regularly submits representations to the police and Crown Prosecution Service for them to review the case against her clients, with a view to proceedings being discontinued.

In addition, Chrissy is regularly instructed by high-net-worth individuals in respect of a range of complex offences, when not only their liberty is at stake, but also their reputation and future career prospects.
